I love to cook my bacon too! I can't see tha...Oh! I love to cook my bacon too! I can't see that I'll ever fry it in a pan again. I do mine a little bit differently. Only in that I set my oven to 375. I love it because it comes out nice and flat, and if I time it just right it's cooked enough to not be fatty, but soft enough that it isn't dry. I hope that makes sense. <BR/><BR/>There was a time that we'd baked bacon several times in before using the oven for other things. I made some brownies, and they had a faint hint of bacon to them. LOL!!! So, keep in mind that you might need to run the clean cycle on your oven every once in a while. That's still better than splattered grease in the kitchen from frying it on the stove.
